Marking NASEO's 30th anniversary, the 2016 Annual Meeting will bring together more than 200 decision makers — State Energy Officials from every state and territory, private sector energy leaders, and federal officials — for discussions on state clean energy policy successes, challenges, and opportunities. This year's topical and regional breakouts and networking events are designed to enhance public-private engagement and support the elevation of priority energy issues.

In partnership with the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources, our co-host, NASEO invites you to be a visible supporter of this important state policy and program convening of NASEO's 56 State and Territory Energy office members and private sector affiliates. This conference provides an exceptional opportunity for your organization to share its products, services, and ideas, gain visibility, and to establish meaningful relationships with state energy leaders. NASEO offers several levels of sponsorship. Sponsorship benefits include:

Sponsor levels range from $2,500 to $25,000 (with reduced rates for NASEO Affiliate Members) and benefits are maximized to give sponsors the best opportunities to engage participants and provide event visibility. In addition, NASEO is willing to work with organizations to create customized sponsorship packages that better fit their needs.

Terms and Conditions:

Sponsors and exhibitors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All payments are non-refundable. NASEO reserves the right to re-sell sponsorship for non-payment by the Friday, September 2, 2016 deadline.
  • To be included in the meeting brochure, sponsorship must be purchased by Friday, August 26, 2016.  After this date, sponsors should check with NASEO regarding inclusion in brochure.
  • High resolution color logos are required in .eps and/or .jpeg formats. Please send logos via email to Shemika Spencer at: sspencer@naseo.org.  If suitable logos are not submitted then company name will be used as a replacement.
  • NASEO will be responsible for planning and production of all sponsored events and items.
